Playing the lotto is just the ticket to help workers at Schnaybel's Famous Cheese in this uniquely WIsconsin musical. Cast: Four men and two women, ages 18+.  Gizmo, a worker on the evening shift obsessed with electronics of all sorts. Dan, the gregarious old guard on the production line and supervisor. Doc Muenster, the head cheese culturist of the factory. Bobby, a young man who left Sheboygan as a football star and came back "searching." Natalie, our librarian who hasn't let her hair down yet. Thursday, a young man who doesn't speak. Melanie, a corporate process specialist, brought in to "trim the fat" at the factory.

Be prepared to sing a cutting from a Broadway musical, bring your sheet music for our accompanist.

Director Mike Cook says:
There are several reasons why you should consider auditioning for this show. #1: It's fun. #2: It's uniquely "Wisconsin," written and originally produced in Door County and set in Sheboygan. #3: CVTG will be only the 2nd or 3rd group to produce this show. #4: The small cast means a more relaxed rehearsing experience. #5: Sam Williams is our musical director, handling both vocal music AND the 4 piece pit combo. #6: The music is cute and almost no one has heard it before. That's actually a bonus, since we can put our own spin on it and the audience at the Grand Theatre can enjoy it without comparing it to something else. #7: Those who have worked with me before know that I will make sure this show will be the best it can be. #8: All the cool kids will be auditioning. There are more reasons...but that's enough for now.
